This FAQ section answers some of the most commonly asked questions about the Ateco Rewards programme.

How do I earn Ateco Rewards Points?

Ateco Rewards is an invitation only programme, designed to reward vehicle sales staff for selling three or more accessories when selling a vehicle distributed by Ateco Group NZ.

Simply sell two or more accessories as part of a vehicle sale and claim your points via the self-claim function on the Ateco Rewards app, remember you will need a signed copy of the vehicle offer and sales agreement to upload as proof.

  • 2x genuine accessories = 2,000 points
  • 3x genuine accessories = 3,000 points
  • 4x genuine accessories = 4,000 points
  • 5 or more genuine accessories = 5,000 points
What is counted as a genuine accessory?

Genuine accessories are any accessory that your dealership purchases from Ateco Group NZ to be fitted to a Jeep, Ram, Alfa Romeo, Fiat or Abarth vehicle.

The following accessories sold on their own are also eligible for points.

Why do I need the Ateco Rewards app?

You’ll need to use the Ateco Rewards app to claim your points and to upload a photo of a signed vehicle sales agreement as proof of sale.

The Ateco Rewards app also gives you access to ‘Easy Discounts’, allows you to add items to a wish list, redeem rewards, scroll through the latest news, updates and promotions and more.

Search ‘Ateco Rewards’ in the App Store or Google Play to download for free. Enter your email address and click ‘reset password’ to be emailed a link.

What are ‘Easy Discounts’?

‘Easy Discounts’ gives you access to exclusive discounts from some of NZ’s leading retailers.

How do I redeem my points?

You can redeem your points on just about anything you want. With over 5,000 products in the Rewards Shop, you have plenty to choose from!

Simply login to your app, or atecorewards.co.nz by entering your email address and password and click ‘spend points’ to be directed to our Rewards Shop, or go directly to rewards-shop.co.nz to login.

If you have something more specific in mind you can call us on 0800 99 76278 and we will help to source your Dream Reward. If you don’t have enough points to redeem the reward you want, you can use Points + Pay and top up the payment with your credit card at checkout.

How do I check my points balance?

The best way to keep track of your points balance is by downloading and logging into the Ateco Rewards app.

Also, keep an eye out for our monthly email updates as these will show your points balance and have updates on news and promotions.

When will my points be issued?

The week following the end of the month, all claims will be checked by Ateco NZ.

All approved points will be loaded to your account the month following the sale and claim.

How often do I need to complete my claims?

Please complete all claims for the month by the end of that month. For example, January sales must be claimed in January to be approved in February.

Whose responsibility is it to claim points?

It is your responsibility to upload claims with signed sales agreements attached as proof.
